We chose MAK Building Services to tape and fill our new-build timber frame house after finding them online, and we’re so glad we did.

We had a great experience with MAK Building Services Ltd. They completed the insulated slab in the walls, ceiling and insulation in the floor before we poured the liquid screed, all to an excellent standard.
As we were managing the build ourselves through direct labour with little prior knowledge, their guidance and expertise were invaluable throughout the process.

Just wanted to give a recommendation for MAK Building Services. We got them in to fit insulated slabs on all walls, ceiling slabs and insulated our attic on a deep retrofit. Fergal was a pleasure to deal with and gave a quote on the spot. We asked them to do additional airtightness work and additional window reveal work after they had started (late decisions on our behalf) and this was done to a high standard with no issue. The plasterer spoke highly of the work which speaks volumes. The place was left cleaner than they found it. They’re SEAI registered which was also a massive bonus. I cannot recommend highly enough.
